yeaaaa stay away - Maintenance Technician Panasonic Employee Review

pay thats about it and not even that is competitive, supervisors like to tell the team not to leave and that the job is easy. very strict breaks if you even get them at all. you are only allowed 3, 15-minute breaks for a 13-hour long shift and if you take longer than that you WILL receive a written document. job was a great opportunity 3 years ago but now only hires felons. maybe youll have better luck on dayshift but i doubt it considering i hear the same things from all shifts
