Pros
Good coworkers, good teamwork. Plenty of growing room and also plenty of great production employees willing to help you. Good spirit with working.
Cons
I think what turned me off was that initially getting hired on, it seemed so exciting but as soon as I got my desk and started to talk to people, the overall morale was beyond LOW. No one seemed to appreciate the place/work. That was the bummer. Some reasons seemed to pop up consistently as shown below: Disarray of upper management and overall structure. This leads to things just not getting done or just not done right. Really mechanically rooted there. As a person with chemical engineer/mining background, there didn't seem to be an understanding from a process side or a willingness to understand it. High turnover. Not enough subject matter experts. Scope creep on your job comes about, which isn't a big deal usually but doing a lot of maintenance work got old really quick.
