Pros
Fast paced environment with great products and a rich history of innovation. Very customer focused and interested in developing products that the customer demands.
Cons
Like many large corporations, the comp plan perpetually changes and rarely (if ever) to the benefit of the sales team. Fluctuations in territory, vertical focus, and management were unrelenting, making it difficult to get into any kind of groove. Very political...the "in-crowd" or "good old boys" network made it appear that in order to advance, you must fall in line with the aforementioned. Otherwise, you were relegated to a role that did not offer much in the way of advancement.
