Expecations are fair. Performance is measured fairly and reasonably consistently The products are typcially best in class. Customers and vendors respect the brand. Performance evaluations are fair. Small company feel in a big company
Cons
Many people have been there a long time. They struggle with new ideas and are threatened by behaviors differen than their own. There are very limited growth opportunities here. Taking a job here when the economy turns up is risky as they will let you go when the economy turns down again. Do not leave a good job for better pay here.
