Pros
Panasonic has great product, and many of the employee contribute 100% because they feels ownership. The Panasonic North America is a growing business.
Cons
I do not recommend working for them now because for the past 2-3 years the company work ethic is very low - the Sr. Management hired withing the past 3 years were doing a poor job to keep talented people in the company. hopefully the new CEO that was hired from Boeing will put the company back to where it was 2-3 years ago.
