Will pay you 20% to 40% less than your market value in exchange for stability No work from home Promotions are years and years apart Raises are miniscule A year ago all executives and VPs and CEO got fired due to contracts and SEC scandals and the new board is causing a huge shift of culture and the company been losing contracts and bleeding millions.. This is driving a momentum for layoffs and losing the acclaimed stability.
