Constant change, infighting, strategy & vision not based on reality, most consumer products are facing obsolescence putting tremendous pressure on the remaining products that are 'good.' Overall, biggest hurdle is that PAN is a Japanese culture trying to duke it out in the US... very conflicting cultural differences and approaches.
