Pros
You will be able to survive some years, and the engineering projects can be interesting. Benefits / pay / bonus is pretty decent.
Cons
They are owned by private equity, and it changed everything. They make awful decisions when it comes to promotions. I think my 7 year old is more qualified than some of the leaders. You will be basically stuck at a dead end job, and doing the same work for 20 years+ with no upward mobility. The leadership wants to hit DEI instead of promoting qualified people.
