      Stable Decent benefits Priniciples (when applied) Some good people and pockets of good management

      Cons

      Old old school. Old fashioned mostly. Some of the VPs are bureaucrats and micromanagers. Very conservative and do not like disagreements. Rundown building. Old converted factory( outdated since 30 years old fasion and smelly) Focus on low cost Indian based sub contractors. No vision really.

      Pros

      Size of company is not insanely big so you don’t just feel like a number here. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they want to see you succeed and will help you do it. Ability to work hybrid so you can from home too!

      Cons

      Going in the office, just because of commute, because it is a nice office.
