      Love working with donors, volunteers, staff. Doing God's work.

      Cons

      Staff underpaid due to nonprofit status. Never knowing if the money from donors would be enough to cover what expenses we had to pay.

      Supported your time off for medical issues, family issues; introduced me to a spiritual way of life; met some wonderful people.

      Cons

      All lemployees were asked to take a pay cut. Organization has posted "wish list" items on their website, but did not use the money to purchase the "wish list" items. These items are still on their website.
