Pros
I am working here from last 2 months, and one more thing whatever positive reviews are there these all are done by the Owner it self or some HR people who have to do these rubbish things bcoz of securing the job. No pros I find. I do not know how this company is having projects. They only in perfect the copy paste things in projects. No quality, No Employee friendly, they want slaves, owner do not care about personal life of others.
Cons
I did one survey and find that for Employees this is a jail, No personal life, Working hrs are too long, even these guys are not give Saturdays off. After one year you 'll get two saturday offs but if TL will say thn you have to come. No personal life. No one wants to work in this company but The Majboories and the Bond. Rubbish Policies are there. In training period no-one can take off, if someone takes they increase the training period by 3 more days. and same for notice period. In two years of bond you can only take 8 paid offs and no seek leaves are there. If you are going to ill tel to the HR atleast three days prior. What a Raddi people they are I can not explain. I want to say many things about the company but words are less to explain the whole things.
