Good for freshers - Supply Chain Pan Seeds Employee Review

Visionary Management, Strong and experienced pool of employees.. HR Policies are good. Good PLI and SIP structure..

Nothing as such... No cons till date..

Pros - All colleagues are helpful even director's also good. Company premises excellent. Working timings 9 hours which is good, also they are helpful for any emergency issues. Good for new members.

If you are old people then you going to back light. If you have not a wonderful skill then you definitely kick out from the company no matter how much efforts you gave to the company. For old members have low salary instead of new employees. Even old members better tha new members because of their experience of this company. But still don't expect your salary to much high.
