      Pros

      Nice company. Always treated me fairly. Compensation was fair, and they appreciated what I did for them. I would work for them anytime.

      Cons

      I didn't really see too many things you wouldn't find anywhere. Most of the stores are in smaller towns so it involved some travel if you don't live right there.

      Pros

      Great promotion opportunities. I was able to design my own career path, set goals and create my own next position. Not the situation for every body - but was great for me.

      Cons

      Went through a lot of transition and ownership changes during and after my time there. I hope its still the same great place to work.
