      Paid internship Work a lot on embroidery hand sewing and layouts Work with luxury fabrics etc. Employees in the back workroom are extremely kind

      There is a lot of tension and attitude on the design team - not a welcoming environment Company is a dead end with no plans for expansion nor room for growth Most employees feel stuck The designs are extremely dated and repetitive
