      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is that it was “sort of at home” so I got to be close to my children.

      Cons

      Consistently Paid late, or not at all! Upper management constantly threatening your lively hood even if your doing nothing wrong! Definitely underpaid for what they ask just on this listing and the far more for what they will ask you for after your hired! Harassment from upper management that goes unpunished even with proof.

      To provide and It’s also makes feel good about yourself. you can be a part of Great opportunity and move up in life is always great

      Cons

      It’s was a 24 hour job and it’s was At home some time I would have wake up at the weird hours to Fix people problems in there homes no days off at all not even holidays

      I really don’t have any thing I dislike at this job .. because I enjoy helping others the only thing is the county don’t send my check on time
