      Love my co workers, hard working dedicated staff.

      Cons

      Management is untruthful. Upper management is beyond belief, please explain how our CEO defaults on bonds and doubles her salary from 900,000 to 1.8 million. Hires a company that has been in business less than 3 weeks to run day to day operations for the next 15 years and becomes an employee of theirs, so only they can terminate her? Where there is smoke there is usually Fire!!!

      Professional team, supportive environment, and nice patient care. Scripps Health has a strong reputation.

      Cons

      Large organization, so some processes can take time and communication may occasionally require follow-up.

      Staff is generally friendly. Benefits ok.

      Cons

      Higher up management would rather get rid of helpful staff and make the nurses suffer to save money. They also alienate a large group of their staff who have tattoos.
