Management is incompetent Your coworkers can harass you and physically assault you and not get fired Some coworkers are known for deliberately sabotaging everyone to make themselves look better They refuse to hire adequate staff They go against the union contract daily, and say "take it up with the union" because they know the union is non-responsive Management is constantly "working from home" but nothing ever gets done
