      Good training and development. The whole system is complete and standard. Many project opportunities to utilise GIS. Technical driven manager.

      Cons

      Small and stable team in a government organisation. Not as much room for promotion or pay rise as private company or a big organisation from my view.

      Great team and great people in the organisation. Overall a fun place to work and it can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Very small budgets. Can take a very long time to achieve something. Weak career progression and opportunities.
