Truly outstanding leadership that genuinely care about their employees. Opportunities for both growing as a leader by mentoring junior employees, and for learning from senior employees with a range of experiences from IT, telecom, and beyond. Every day is different - PalmTech has built a great customer base over the years where there's no shortage in the variety of problems you'll get to solve.
Cons
Some enterprise technologies (i.e. large-scale networking or cutting-edge security products) are impractical or out-of-reach for the SMB market that PalmTech serves, so there may be technologies that you'd need to go somewhere else to get your hands on. But, the technology landscape is ever-changing, so take this with a grain of salt!
