      Amazing guests. Top notch, professional staff.

      Some of the worst oversight by a company I've ever seen. Saw upper management 2 times in a year. No idea what actually happens in their restaurants. Horrible judge of talent.

      Easy menu Flexible Scheduling Tourist location

      Cons

      Questionable cover dispursment. One server may have 30 covers, while another only has ten. Management thrives off of intimidation… This company will advertise that they offer benefits, but neglect to inform you that only a fraction of full time employees receive these packages. Roughly 80 percent of the front house staff is intentionally kept at part time so that the company does not have to pay for their insurance.
