Poor culture and management - Office Manager Palm Beach Opera Employee Review

I worked for Palm Beach Opera in 2022. Sadly I had to leave my post due to bad management and discriminatory treatment. The Culture was lacking, definitely needs work and improvement. I loved my job responsibilities and being part of PBO, the artists were very talented, the performances were wonderful and the job had fun parts but bad management and lack of culture meant I could not continue to work here.
