Pros
Feels like a family. Sounds corny I know, and a red flag for some. But these people truly care about their employees and one another.
Cons
I was expecting more of a SaaS-like setup but this is definitely more of a transportation company. No problem with that at all, and I can't think of a transportation company I would rather work for. But this was why it was not a great fit for me.
