      Pros

      Goes above and beyond OSHA safety standards. Shares in success by bonus system. Very good at JHA and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

      Cons

      Too much nitpicking and not enough people to implement every change. Unrealistic expectations about ZERO INJURIES. People are human and will make mistakes.

      Wish we were inside a building that has all four walls when the cold weather kicks in.

      Pros

      Really enjoy the culture. Never have felt like there is a big brother over my shoulder. Everyone is super nice and have enjoyed everyone i’ve worked with.

      Cons

      With the integration of UFPI it’s been hard with all the changes etc.
