Pros

Kind and dedicated people that truly care about one another, and are willing to step in during high-pressure periods. Personally, I have felt professionally supported and uplifted during my time at Palladium. Salaries are high for the development sector. The culture certainly needs some improvement but management is aware and is addressing those issues.

Cons

Sick leave is combined with PTO, which isn't generous, so people come to work sick. There is not a lot of schedule flexibility, and inconsistent rules about remote work. The abnormally high turnover rate among managers affects upward mobility and unfortunately, it is the junior staff who bear the brunt of this.

Pros

great work environment; supportive environment; lots of professional development

Cons

not a lot of job growth for everyone (only a few director roles, and not many women were in leadership roles); annoying that to get promoted you had to apply to an open position instead of getting a cycle promotion, which was more difficult to get.
