      9.0 hours per day. Production employees are nice to hang with.

      Cons

      Clean room environment, Full dress with blue hospital blues ,white jump suit,two pair of latex gloves and googles . You will need to be in clean room 7.5 hours a day.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
