      Good opportunity for career growth for those with strong drive and persistence.

      Cons

      Information sharing is poor; knowledge hoarding, and self-promotion at the expense of others/or solid work is frequently a path to success. NY salray is low compared to competing companies in NJ. Business strategy completely driven by commerical group; good science is not emphasized.
