      Exposure to different new technologies which is very demanding in market. Continuous learning opportunity from seniors.

      You get to learn a lot in company but you have to move out of your comfort zone.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
