- Running a lean ship - employees are overworked due to cutting invaluable and experienced staff - Too corporate - lacks employee engagement; can be too serious at times, unnecessary overuse of acronyms/buzzwords - Outdated business systems a limitation for staff across all departments - more time spent doing repetitive/triple-handled tasks that could be optimised. - Narrow minded focus on metrics and not enough on customer satisfaction/deliverables. Easy to feel unheard as an employee - very stiff and complex hierarchy and heavy top down old management style. Have to "play the game" in order to be recognised.
