Pros
Average Pay, Decent Benefits, Danaher Parent: Will hopefully bring discipline, accountability and performance based talent management to Pall MEG. Greater mobility may exist as ability to post out to other Danaher Op Co comes online.
Cons
Long establish upper management allows dead wood to float around in the bldg. U.S. Sales and Marketing don't work as a team. New product development, which is CRUCIAL in the Semi Industry is rarely first to market and sales is not co-op'd into the process. Upper Management, R&D and Marketing may meet customer specs on NPD, but sales may not support the Strategic Product launch.
