      Purchased recently by Danaher Corporation. Danaher is investing a huge amount in the education of the employees and spending a lot of time trying to improve the business processes.

      Cons

      Fairly regular "reorganizations" and high voluntary turnover rate. This creates a lack of loyalty in the company.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
