Rude and arrogant moderators who will side with parents or those who make complaints all the time as they are too scared to lose customers! You are often fined for these baseless complaints and can lose anywhere between 2 to 5 classes of pay at a time depending on the nonsense that they have accepted. Some students are clearly not up to the level of the material chosen and when it becomes impossible to teach them that becomes your fault. A number of the children are poorly behaved and rude. A number of them answer with 'what?' instead of 'excuse me' when you tell them off for this they either dont listen and continue saying 'what' when they dont understand. Even parents will tell you off for correcting them on this. Answering 'what' when you do not understand or misheard something is both ignorant and rude!! Rude parents who make complaints and be be overbearing during the lessons. They have unrealistic expectations of what to expect in these classes. The platform is overrun with fake accounts that send abuse on the private messaging or gay men trying to find dates and sending pictures of their bodyparts!!. The moderators do not do anything about these accounts which is completely inappropriate considering it is a platform for young kids. There are a million gay websites for these men to go on! A platform full of young kids is not the place!! They steal cash from you whenever it suits them! I have easily lost thousands of rmb from my account over the years due to them penalising you for petty things or listening to made up complaints from students or parents. I actually believe they steal from tutors when the taking for the month are too low so they make this up by robbing and f'ing over their own teachers. Teachers are massively overhired!! Its a platfrom largely for Filipino teachers now as they pay them a pittance for what is actually quite mentally exhausting work. But its China so what do you expect!
