      Many of the employees are good workers. There appear to be opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Management/training/lack of accountability. 0 participation in processes from some that was even verbalized in meetings aloofly. Inefficient processes that catered to whichever group claimed ignorance loudest. Completely demoralizing
