Good compensation, great benefits and awesome people.

Occasional growing pains. Nothing unusual.

The people here are great, and you'll learn to love everyone who works for the company. They want to make the best out of their employees and are willing to invest in them, wanting them to move up in the company into other roles and positions. They're growing extremely fast by expanding their brand to new ventures, so you'll always be part of a growing company with them. They have a great vision, and great products (which you get 50% off as an employee, and get to try the new products as a new employee), and they truly want the best for your health, and the health of others. They also aim to see the best in you, which encourages you to see the best in yourself and do something better.

They expect a lot of communication from you, the employee, but oftentimes won't reciprocate. Sometimes when I was working on a project I would reach out, and I wouldn't get a response for days. My position also wasn't really defined, I often struggled to tell people what my job title was. I joined the company as more of an assistant, so when I moved to my other duties, there was really never a vision for me for what exactly they wanted, so it was tough for me to also be productive in those areas. There are some growing pains from their rapid expansion, but I think that was more because I felt my experience in my position needed additional oversight than what I got, leading to me under performing in my job, and being confused on what to do next. I'm sure this issue wouldn't happen if I had already been experienced in where they decided to have me go.
