      Highest journeyman pay I've ever seen, turned down a foreman position with another company to be a hand with PALA.

      Cons

      Bad work environment, superintendent creates hostile stressful work environment for no reason. Gets mad when you ask him pertinent questions he is paid to answer, lack of resources to do the jobs, poor planning.
