Pala Interactive is 100% focused on succeeding in the online gaming industry. It is driven by the desire to be a leading provider of software and services for emerging, regulated, online gaming markets. Working here is not a leisure activity. It’s not Foosball and Xbox in beanbag chairs. It is a dedicated team of professionals who are all working towards a common goal. Having been here for 3 years now I am very happy with the company and see a bright future here. I would recommend working here to any of my professional friends.
Cons
The environment is very quiet. The team is half composed of software developers who need to concentrate as they write code. It would be nice to have an area where staff could chat on their breaks where the developers will not be impacted by friendly conversation. I suggest a kitchen/seating area separated from the open office work environment.
