      Pros

      Smaller company with a global reach. Very high quality of manufacturing.

      Cons

      Rigidity of upper management, specifically the CEO. Frequent inability to properly anticipate future trends and even more frequent respect for differing perspectives. Buy in or get pushed aside. The Founder of this company is a great man and deserves to be commended for his vision and dedication to the employees. The direction of the company without his control is in question.

      Pros

      PakTech is family owned and they truly show how much their employees mean to them! They have great benefits, an awesome work culture, and truly promote work-life balance.

      Pros

      It has the potential to be a good company worth working for. Easy work when you get the hang of the machines, how they run, and their quirks. You can become a technician, quality control, and/or supervisor without prior qualifications.

      Cons

      Bad management (All higher ups including HR) that does not communicate with their staff. They rely on temps and do not support long term employees. No benefits, low pay, and high expectations for anyone on the floor.
