I have to say there are lots of nice people who got each other's back. We’re all about transparency when it comes to making decisions. Some of the bold but right decisions proposed by the tech people were eventually executed. We’ve been seeking this nice balance going on between coming up with new ideas and getting stuff done. Many initiatives were spawned bottom-up to try out the cutting-edge technologies. So end of the day, not only people polished their tech skills, but we do also deliver the best tech to our customers. Yeah, it can get busy sometimes because our teams are lean, but people feel we’re all in this together. Since Paige is still pretty new, if you’ve demonstrated the skills, you can move up the ladder fast. When we say we care about our mission, we really mean it.

Like for all the startups in this industry, the market of clinical digital pathology is growing slowly. People are concerned. But in general, we believe this company will be great if we can survive since there is a strategy in mind.
