The company is fairly well known in Sweden. It has a good social structure within it. But the negatives overwhelm anything good about it.
Cons
The company is a failure at direction. It spent 4 years in the north American market without even having a marketing representative or doing proper research. Its management seems to do one step forward and two steps back. It hardly listens to its subordinates and just barks down orders. It seems if you are not part of the "pagero" family you are bullied, ousted and forgotten. The workload is completely ridiculous. While they may advertise for one role, you'll end up doing over 20 roles and if you fall behind because of their own mismanagement, they will bully and accuse you of not a team player while you're overworked and underpaid. Sales Job roles that are advertised are hardly anywhere near a sales job, you are left doing onboarding, lead generating, receptionist, inside sales all for the direct sales people, but not for your own role. The product and service is hard to sell and your sales target along with your commissions is raised so high, that you'll won't hit it. They are ruthless and have no compassion. While covid was on, they fired a few people who were sick and others left because they were not happy with the company. The company has no union representative or ombudsman. If you disagree with management, then human resources will defend them rather than you as a worker. They also contradict their code of conduct on a weekly basis. The company is growing too fast and it's only concern is profit, not your career and if you have a promotion, it's horizontal with little salary increase. You'd be better off working at a supermarket with the kind of management, salary and career path that this company has to offer. Lastly it's with a company that is run by swedish. Some are very friendly and helpful, but the majority of them are arrogant, rude and cold.
