I don't even know where to start! Basically, you must be white English. Otherwise you won't get a promotion or payrise (you could try sleeping with the right people - has happened and worked). If you ask for a payrise, they ADVICE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR PENSION! Qualified people leave or get fired. Result: a bunch of idiots manage the departments. Doing nothing all day long, like booking their holidays, or planing their weekend trip, spending 80% on personal social medias or on their phone - they don't even bother to mute it. The work will be delegated to you! As soon a higher authority comes along they pretend being busy (with the same page over days!) That's pathetic as everyone in the office knows that but is too scared to say it. If you dare to suggest invocations you get to hear: I don't like it (little Britain huray!) This Only shows how useless they are and try to keep their position - with success! If your are not one of the CEO's pet, you are no one. And that's the way you will be treated as. Also, the all 5 star reviews are written by the pet's ALL FAKE! No one leaves the company because they loved it - escaped or fired. And the those who love it are the pet's. You get it? ;-)
