A breath of fresh air - Senior Account Manager Pageant Media Employee Review

From Day 1, I realized that Pageant was different. You immediately feel part of a drive for success and a genuine ambition for growth that I haven't experienced at any of my former employers. This filters down from the top with a sense of inclusion that ensures you are a stakeholder in that success. What's also striking is the firm's agility - it doesn't just want to significantly alter the landscape of the markets in which it operates, it is structured in a way that it can make things happen and very very quickly - whether its launching a new product, adding to its portfolio in the form of an acquisition, or establishing a market leading research center in a matter of months. This does not however come at the expense of the working environment. Pageant takes care to ensure it's employees are bright, driven and hard working people - and with everyone on the same page there is almost a family feel - albeit a very large family now!
