Pros

Please be cautious when dealing with this company and its owner, Navneet. They follow an unethical practice where, after having you work for 20–25 days, they unexpectedly present a two-year employment bond. If you choose not to sign the bond, they withhold payment for the days you have already worked. This approach raises serious concerns about their professionalism and fairness.

Cons

Talk with staff and take their input before joining there

Pros

Nothing is pros of working at Pagetraffic

Cons

I joined PageTraffic with genuine excitement, but what followed was emotionally draining and deeply disappointing. From the very start, communication was confusing, expectations were unrealistic, and there was no real guidance or support. I often felt invisible and undervalued despite giving my best. The work culture left me feeling anxious and demotivated most days. Feedback wasn’t welcomed, and mistakes were treated harshly instead of being used as learning moments. Promises about growth, teamwork, and mentorship never materialized, and I often questioned whether management truly cared about employees’ well-being. By the time I left, I felt completely burnt out — not because of the work itself, but because of the constant pressure and lack of respect. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values mental peace, career growth, or a healthy environment.
