Promises about growth, teamwork, and mentorship never materialized, and I often questioned whether management truly cared about employees’ well-being. By the time I left, I felt completely burnt out — not because of the work itself, but because of the constant pressure and lack of respect. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values mental peace, career growth, or a healthy environment.
