People were great, good salary

C-level was a mess in all directions

Nice people, remote work allowed and very flexible hours. Free coffee and fruit, gympass(useless). Easy job, easy tasks. If you are not looking for big challenges, this is your place.

People working as software engineers with no college degree, and not taking care of software developing good practices. If it works, there is no need to make it better or maintainable. Hiring too much people with no experience, when there is not enough work for everyone.
