Great environment to learn across different areas beyond financial planning. It gives you exposure to what it is like to build a tech company, with learning opportunities far beyond what you would usually get in a traditional financial planning business. Most of the staff are great and look out for each other.

Leadership reflects an exclusionary “boys’ club” ethos, grounded in outdated conceptions of what constitutes a healthy workplace. Narcissistic tendencies and entrenched misogyny are systemic rather than incidental. I would strongly caution others against pursuing opportunities here.
