Pros
- Very ethical company. Everyone saying the opposite is nonsense. - A lot of things to do! Much work and new stuff in all areas. If you like to learn, this is the place - Friendship and collaborative environment can be found in almost every department.
Cons
- For a company with so many basic procedures still undone, leadership is weak and unexpressive - Board doesn't delegate. Period! - Padtec still doesn't know how to keep its best talents. Normally, good employees are hidden under operational procedures and bad, very bad management - Career is still a problem. Not so many room to grow up and build a success path.
