      Design Engineer has lot of opportunities to work and learn about different aspects of engineering , Increment is very good average 20 to 25 %.

      Cons

      Design Team has 5 to 6 vertical heads. All are incompetent , Lacks Basic engineering knowledge , Worst Managerial skills. Worst HR zero work ethic.

      Learning Environment and opportunities are there

      Cons

      Majorly the higher management , i.e. CEOs are usually the ones who drive the organization , it's success and it's culture. I don't want to take name but the CEO of this organization has spread too much of weird politics which has resulted in too much disturbance at management level. The company was doing much better before the present CEO.
