      very technically competent management, provides all necessary resources nice facility, decent canteen, and employee gymnasium about to be built easy accessibility, right off of NH8

      Cons

      only one location, for now. Does not provide as many travel opportunities as the multi-national companies, but the company is rapidly growing and these opportunities can come in the future

      Learning Environment and opportunities are there

      Cons

      Majorly the higher management , i.e. CEOs are usually the ones who drive the organization , it's success and it's culture. I don't want to take name but the CEO of this organization has spread too much of weird politics which has resulted in too much disturbance at management level. The company was doing much better before the present CEO.
