Great people, antiquated thinking by management - Account Executive-Advertising Sales Paddock Publications Employee Review

Top sales management and management in general have a poor leadership quality and rationale when it comes to business decisions. It's the newspaper industry so what can you expect, a bunch of know-nothings trying to give advice to the sales staff when they do not even know what is going on in the media industry. The compensation is junk as well. Good place to work if you are right out of school to gain some media sales experience though.
