      Friendly atmosphere, in a kind of folksy-dysfunctional way.

      Cons

      Top management lacks good business decision-making ability. Bad management decisions have hurt the bottom line on a fairly consistent basis. Promotions within the company are based on blood line or how much buy-in to the top tier management's BS.
