- Was told initially, working an extra day on weekends were rare, then worked that first weekend as well as many others. - Most of the staff that preceded me left in a large group after the most recent buyout, which left a noticeable drought in senior personnel to train newer folks. - A general sense of disarray between departments, and many stories of good old days gone by. - Some of the procedures don't make sense, and haven't been updated in decades. - The path towards advancement was very specific, though none of the current employees met the criteria for the positions that they were in, including myself.
