      - incredibly smart people- from leadership, to developers, creatives and account management - access to a ton of resources , anything you need to be successful - product is really distinguishable and in demand in the market - Fun culture- work hard, play hard!

      - growing quickly, so prepared to work outside of your given job description!

      The environment is great and I really appreciate my team. Very supportive and understanding, no micro managing or too much pressure

      Cons

      There seems to be no real raise structure and they tend to avoid the conversation when brought up
